Welcome to the newly created blog for Matchless Masterpiece. Matchless Masterpiece is a family hobby turned company established in 2005. We are a father-daughter team from northern Indiana, close to the heart of Amish country. For the father, woodworking has been a pastime for nearly 15 years. When the name Matchless Masterpiece was born, we were focused on making hair barrettes together. This is also when we introduced exotic woods into our inventory for the first time. Exotic woods add exciting new colors and wood grain patterns to the items we produce. For us it is a great joy to sand the wood to a smooth finish and watch the natural patterns come to life.
In the past few years the company has grown and developed into creating numerous items such as bird houses, beds, cabinets, tables, walking sticks, pens, jewelry boxes, wine bottle holders, wedding cake toppers and much more. We have found that we have a niche for custom orders. There is an enormous gratification in creating a custom piece for a client. We take pride in anything we produce, whether it is a small hair barrette or a four poster bed.
